We are honored to have been chosen as the winner of Best Documentary at the Los Angeles Diversity Film Festival.

The festival, held in the heart of Hollywood, was held the weekend of July 15th. Our film’s director, Daniel Koenig, represented the film at the event and was very pleased by the response and feedback from the event programmers and the audience.

“It was great to be invited to screen at such a festival. All the films here represent a large variety of diversity and we are honored to bring a story of disability to such a great audience.” – Daniel Koenig

The award for Best Documentary is the first award won by Trials: Finding the Medal. Next, the film will screen in Seattle, WA on August 11th.
